Yahoo! HotJobs (http://hotjobs.yahoo.com) today announced the launch of HotHire, an innovative candidate matching feature that delivers recruitment advertisers increased performance and flexibility with real-time candidate recommendations that are generated as job listings are posted.
With the introduction of HotHire, recruiters can jumpstart their urgent candidate searches by receiving real-time recommendations from Yahoo! HotJobs based on the information in their job listings.
