LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas-based Recruiting Nevada named Gary Fountaine account manager.
Fountaine, who brings more than 10 years of progressive sales, marketing, public speaking, corporate relations and business development experience to Recruiting Nevada, will be responsible for developing business for the company, recruiting new clients and working with existing clients.
Fountaine has experience in coordinating sales/promotion outreach efforts and developing various tradeshow presentations. During his career, he also functioned as the primary account executive for major corporate sponsors and conducted numerous training and informational workshops.
Prior to his work at Recruiting Nevada, Fountaine served as a senior classified recruitment sales executive for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He also worked for 12 years as a development specialist with INROADS – a non-profit organization that trains and develops minority youth for professional careers. At INROADS, he coordinated and implemented a strategic corporate relations program, supervised information systems management, student relations and recruitment, and worked with sales, public relations and marketing.
Fountaine is a member of the Southern Nevada Medical Industry Coalition and Southern Nevada Human Resources associations. He has also worked with local minority organizations such as the Las Vegas Clark County Urban League and Urban Chamber of Commerce.
Fountaine earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and design from the Massachusetts College of Arts, a certificate of special studies in administration and management from Harvard University Extension School and participated in the State Agency Management Development Program at Bently College.
