<p align="left"><strong><em>Kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month, LatPro.com and Hispanics Inspiring Students’ Performance and Achievement (HISPA) have launched HISPA.org, an enhanced Web site and online career center providing professional advancement opportunities for Hispanic role models.</em></strong> </p><p align="left"><strong>FT. LAUDERDALE, FL</strong> – September 25, 2008 – HISPA, (<a href="http://www.hispa.org/">www.hispa.org</a>) a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Hispanic positive role models for youth in the United States, has partnered with diversity job board <a href="http://www.latpro.com/">www.LatPro.com</a> to give HISPA mentors unsurpassed access to career openings for Hispanic and bilingual professionals. </p><p align="left">In support of HISPA’s mission, LatPro designed and developed a new, state-of-the-art Web site for the non-profit organization with an integrated online career center for HISPA’s professional Hispanic role models. The LatPro-powered career center enables HISPA members to conveniently view quality job listings, create custom email job agents, perform advanced database searches, and take advantage of LatPro's additional career resources. </p><p align="left">The launch of the LatPro designed Web site was highlighted during HISPA’s kick-off event on September 16, 2008 in Bedminster, NJ, coinciding with the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. As a time to recognize the unique contributions of Hispanics to our country, Hispanic Heritage Month provides the perfect backdrop for HISPA’s drive to recruit 100 Hispanic Role Models in 100 Hours. At the launch event, numerous organizations and individuals pledged to join HISPA's efforts, resulting in an overall commitment of more than 250 school and other educational program visits. Professionals from every industry and field attended the event and joined HISPA’s efforts to SHARE, INSPIRE & TRANSFORM the next generation of leaders. </p><p align="left">“HISPA wants to encourage Hispanic professionals to play active roles in young students’ lives and, by providing positive images, to inspire children to focus on their educational and professional dreams,” said Dr. Ivonne Diaz-Claisse, president of HISPA. “Through the generosity and partnership of LatPro, HISPA’s Web site will also provide tools to help further empower successful Hispanic professionals so that they become the best role models for the children reached through HISPA’s efforts.” </p><p align="left">Eric Shannon, founder and CEO of LatPro added, “We are proud to be a part of HISPA’s efforts to connect young students with Hispanic role models who will inspire them to achieve their career goals. LAUDERDALE, FL</strong> – September 25, 2008 – HISPA, (<a href="http://www.hispa.org/">www.hispa.org</a>) a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Hispanic positive role models for youth in the United States, has partnered with diversity job board <a href="http://www.latpro.com/">www.LatPro.com</a> to give HISPA mentors unsurpassed access to career openings for Hispanic and bilingual professionals. </p><p align="left">In support of HISPA’s mission, LatPro designed and developed a new, state-of-the-art Web site for the non-profit organization with an integrated online career center for HISPA’s professional Hispanic role models. The LatPro-powered career center enables HISPA members to conveniently view quality job listings, create custom email job agents, perform advanced database searches, and take advantage of LatPro's additional career resources. </p><p align="left">The launch of the LatPro designed Web site was highlighted during HISPA’s kick-off event on September 16, 2008 in Bedminster, NJ, coinciding with the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. As a time to recognize the unique contributions of Hispanics to our country, Hispanic Heritage Month provides the perfect backdrop for HISPA’s drive to recruit 100 Hispanic Role Models in 100 Hours. At the launch event, numerous organizations and individuals pledged to join HISPA's efforts, resulting in an overall commitment of more than 250 school and other educational program visits.
