PHOENIX— Jobing.com, the nation’s largest, locally-focused online recruitment media
provider, has announced that Jill Martin has been selected for the newly created Director
of Security and Privacy position. Jill will be responsible for all elements of information
security across the entire organization- all online and offline privacy, security, and legal
compliance as it relates to internet security. Jill is an expert with more than 17 years of
experience in IT security, programming, network engineering, and point-of-sale systems;
she was most recently part of the information security team at American Express- a role
she had for more than a decade.

Jill’s previous experience also includes information technology work with Ernst and
Young, Sun Micro Systems, and Wal-Mart; she was the founding webmaster of the
mega-retailer’s original website, walmart.com.

A native of Illinois, Jill relocated to Arizona for her previous position at American
Express and will serve Jobing.com at the company’s Phoenix headquarters.
